How you get it

All six downloads are ready the moment you check out. They appear on your order confirmation page and are emailed to you straight away, and you can re-download them any time from your account.

Each file is around 40 MB (about 240 MB for the set), so give them a moment on a slower connection. You do not have to take them all at once — grab the one you want to start with and come back for the others.

Getting started

1. Download the theme you want to begin with from your order confirmation or email.
2. Open it in GoodNotes, Notability or your preferred annotation app — import it as a document, not as a photo, so the hyperlinks stay active.
3. Tap the tabs down the side and along the bottom to move around. Switch the app to read-only mode if you want to navigate without leaving ink on the page.

Questions

Do I have to choose a theme before I buy?
No. There is nothing to select — every theme and both week starts are included, so you get all six files either way.

What exactly do I get?
Six PDFs: Matcha, Warm Cream and Rainbow Pastel, each in a Monday-start and a Sunday-start version. Every file is the full 1,228-page planner with all 146 templates and 80 paper styles.

What dates does it cover?
July 2026 through December 2027 — eighteen months, so it carries a full academic year plus the summer on either side of it.

Is this the Portrait version?
Yes. This listing is portrait, laid out for an iPad held upright. The Landscape version is a separate listing and is not included here.

Which apps does it work in?
Any app that opens PDFs and keeps hyperlinks live — GoodNotes and Notability are the usual choices. It works on iPad, Android tablets and Windows.

My tabs and links are not working.
The file was almost certainly imported as an image rather than as a document. Some apps flatten photos on import, which strips the hyperlinks out. Re-import the PDF as a document and the tabs will come back.

How do I get the files?
Straight away at checkout. The download links appear on your order confirmation page and are emailed to you, and you can fetch them again any time from your account.

How big are they?
Around 40 MB each, so roughly 240 MB for the set. You do not have to take them all at once.

Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. These are instant digital downloads and cannot be returned once they have been sent, so refunds are not available. If a file will not open or download, get in touch — that is a technical problem and I am happy to help you sort it.

Can I use these commercially?
No — the files are licensed for your own personal use. Please do not share, resell, redistribute or repackage them. One purchase covers one person.

Is anything posted to me?
No. This is a digital download only — there is no printed planner and nothing ships.
