At Print Magic Studio X, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy applies to all products and all countries we ship to.

❖ Digital Products (Instant Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital items, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a file has been downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If you experience any issues with your download or believe you’ve received the wrong file, please contact us at hello@printmagicstudiox.com within 7 days of your purchase.

❖ Physical Products (If applicable)

• Returns: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Eligibility: The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Non-returnable items: Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

❖ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a printing issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll offer a refund or replacement as appropriate.
