Things kept in your browser, not as cookies
These live in your browser's own storage. Only pmsx-came-from is ever sent to us, and only when you pay. Clearing your site data removes them.
| Name | What it does |
|---|---|
pmsx-visit- | One flag a day, so a visit is counted once rather than on every page |
pmsx-no-count | Set when you use the switch below, so nothing is counted at all |
pmsx-studio-owner | Marks the studio's own browsers so our own visits are not counted |
pmsx-came-from | If you reached us from one of our ads or posts, that campaign's name (never an id for you or your click). It goes with your order when you pay, so we know which ads earn their keep. Kept for this tab only, and not kept at all if you use the switch below |
pmsx-aio-choices- | The planner choices you have made on each planner page, so a reload or a trip to the payment page does not lose them |
pmsx-aio-lang | The language you picked for the planner page |
pmsx-aio-footer | Your footer line, if you bought resell rights |
pmsx-aio-built-link, pmsx-aio-build-job, pmsx-aio-building | The build we are making for you and its download link, so it survives a reload |
pmsx-studio-build and other pmsx- keys | The planner you are designing in the studio, kept so your work is still there tomorrow |
pmsx-chat-v1 | Your chat with us, so it survives a reload, and the email you gave the chat if you did |
pmsx-aio (IndexedDB) | The finished PDF, kept for 24 hours so the download survives a closed tab |
Other people's cookies
When you pay, you are sent to Stripe's own checkout page, and Stripe sets cookies there under its own policy. Fonts are served from this site rather than from Google, and there are no maps, social buttons or advertising tags anywhere on the site.
One product page carries a video of the planner, hosted on YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play: until then it is a picture kept on this site. Press play and YouTube's no-cookie player loads, which sets its own entries in your browser under Google's policy. Leaving it alone loads nothing.
The live chat on the planner pages is run by Crisp, a chat service based in the European Union. Its script loads on those pages so the help tab can show when someone is online, and it keeps its own entries in your browser (named crisp-client) and a session cookie, so a chat can reconnect to you. It is not used to follow you to other sites.
Your control
Checking this browser's setting…
You can also clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking them will log you out of your planner page, and you will need your order number again.
Anything else, write to hello@printmagicstudiox.com. The privacy policy says what we do with the little we collect.
