Digital files. A planner is a PDF, built to the choices you make, and it is delivered as a download. Nothing is posted to you and there is no physical product.

To write in a planner you need an app that annotates PDFs, such as GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Xodo or Penly, or a reMarkable tablet. Those apps and devices are made by other companies, are not included, and some of them cost money. Features that depend on Apple Shortcuts work on iPhone and iPad only.

A personal purchase gives you a licence to use the planner yourself, on your own devices, for as long as you like. You may print it for your own use. You may not resell it, share the file, give away the link to your planner page, or upload it anywhere others can take it.

Resell rights, when you buy them, add the right to sell planners you build here as your own product, under your own footer line. They do not transfer our copyright, they do not let you resell the templates as templates, and they do not let you claim to be the designer. The full wording is on the commercial licence section.

We keep copyright in the designs, the layouts and the site itself. Buying a file buys the licence described here, not the design.

Where a planner is sold on Etsy, your Etsy order number is the key that opens its page here. It is yours alone. Sharing it is a breach of these terms, and an order number that is being used by many people at once may be stopped.

Where we say a purchase includes future years, we mean it: the same order number builds later editions at no extra cost, for as long as we run the shop. If we ever close the shop we will give reasonable notice by email to the address on the update list, so you can download what you want to keep.

Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency named at checkout. Payments on this site are taken by Stripe; we never see your card details. Purchases made on Etsy are governed by Etsy's own checkout terms as well as these.

Digital files are refundable in the situations set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms and does not take away your rights under consumer law.

Do not try to break into parts of the site that are not yours, scrape it wholesale, run automated tools against it, or use it to break the law. We may block access that does any of these.

If you upload a picture for your planner cover, you must have the right to use that picture. It is sent to our builder only to put it on your cover.

We promise the files do what this site says they do, and we will fix a fault or refund you if they do not. Nothing here limits the guarantees you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, or the equivalent consumer law where you live.

What we cannot promise is that a third-party app or device will keep behaving as it does today, that a link into another company's app will keep working, or that the site will never be down. A planner is a planning tool, not advice: it is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and it does not treat or manage any condition.

Where the law allows a limit, our liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to what you paid for it. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

New Zealand law governs these terms, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim there.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase, and the date at the top says when this version was written.
