Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect as little as the shop can run on. Planners are built in your browser, there are no accounts, no advertising trackers, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing.

Who is responsible
Print Magic StudioX, trading as Print Magic StudioX, based in New Zealand, runs this site and decides what happens to the information described here. Contact: hello@printmagicstudiox.com (email is the address for notices).
If you bought on Etsy, Etsy is a separate controller of your order with its own privacy policy. This policy covers what happens on this site.
What we collect, and why

We do not ask for your name, address or date of birth, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles. If you email us, we keep that email so we can answer it.
One thing worth knowing: if you type a name or a footer line onto your planner cover, that text is inside the PDF we build. When the file is built on our side, that text sits in our storage until the file is removed.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@printmagicstudiox.com and we will answer within 20 working days. There is no charge.
In New Zealand these are your rights under the Privacy Act 2020, and you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR or GDPR also gives you the right to object to processing, to restrict it, to have your data ported, and to complain to your national supervisory authority.
One limit worth being straight about: your order number is what proves a purchase. If you ask us to delete it, the page will no longer recognise it and you would need your Etsy receipt to be given access again.
Children
The shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change that affects how we use information you have already given us will be told to you by email where we have one for you.
