Rails

Where each run of tabs rides. Choose an edge another run already has and the two swap, so every edge keeps a run. Hidden keeps its pages and drops only the tabs, and capped runs stay capped wherever they land.

Calendar tabs and Template tabs share the top rail, so every tab there splits one row and gets smaller. It still prints fine, but a run per edge stays easiest to tap.
